SAFETY GOES
TO GREAT
LENGTHS
RENAULT BELIEVES IN ‘SAFETY FOR ALL’, AND NOWHERE IS
THIS MORE EVIDENT THAN WITHIN THE SCULPTED BODY OF
THE RENAULT LATITUDE. THE NEW MODELS PROTECT YOU
AND YOUR PASSENGERS WITH ADVANCED NEW FEATURES
AND THE LATEST DEVELOPMENTS IN ALL THE SAFETY
‘MUST-HAVES’.
There’s safe, and then there’s intuitive. Blind Spot Warning (BSW) on the Latitude
Privilége is a safety innovation that uses sensors on the front and back of the vehicle
to detect moving objects in the blind spot and warn the driver during lane changes.
The Renault Latitude is fitted with Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD) and
Emergency Brake Assist (EBA) to help stop the vehicle as quickly as possible when
required. In the case of a collision, the Renault Latitude’s dual side impact sensors
react instantly to release the front, rear and side curtain airbags as required.
For day-to-day safety, Traction Control (ASR), ABS and Electronic Stability Control
(ESC) maintain the vehicle’s grip and traction.
Even low-speed manoeuvres like reversing are made safer by the Renault Latitude,
with front and rear parking sensors and a reversing camera* to help guide you into
place more easily.
*Privilège model.
Beige interior optional.
